(1)What is the delivery time for a NORMAL & URGENT services?

NORMAL Delivery is after 24-36 hours from collection date-time and before 24 hours for URGENT

(2)Can I add multiple address or delivery point ?

Yes, you can add multiple address under your profile  and select one of them in the order section. You can slide to select the desired address while entering the order. 

(3)Is URGENT services has separate charges?

Yes, for urgent services, charges will be 50% more than the normal service charges. Delivery will be within 24 hours.

 

(4)Can I review and change my profile once submitted?

Yes you can review your profile details in My Account section

(5)How can I top up my Laundryweb wallet?

You can top up Laundryweb wallet using your credit card. It is convenient way of payment as you don't need to enter credit card details every time you order. 

(6)Why there is a delivery charge added to my order?

Delivery Charge is added only if your order value is less than 30 AED. There is a cost for each collection and it is not feasible to collect less than 30AED orders for free of charge. 

(7)How can I use my Wallet credit ?

Wallet credit can be used to pay for your order. If you have sufficient credit in your wallet, you can choose the payment option as WALLET and the payment will be processed from the Wallet. If your LW Wallet credit is not sufficient to pay for the order, you can top up wallet using the credit card and then proceed with payment. 

(8)How would I get notification from the App?

Please make sure to allow notification for Laundyweb application so that you will get all information related to price / promo / software update and other communication to avoid issues while ordering. 

(9)Why there is no prices appearing under price section?

Please make sure your address is updated with AREA where you are located. Prices will appear only if our services are available in the selected area. Try choosing any nearby location under AREA to re-try or whatsapp on 0581107886 for more info.
